[IT] Help needed: Cisco login recovery

В связи с недавними событиями на Cisco пытаюсь восстановить себе пароль. В ответ мне приходит
Sorry, your attempt to change your p/w on CCO has not been successful.

Reason: There was more than one User ID in the CCO database associated with your email address.

Please contact Cisco Technical Assistance Center for a new password. Please provide the following information...

1 Maintenance contract or Account number ( User ID) you used in your registration

2 User ID you believe you have that you wish to have a new p/w assigned to

3 Full name

4 Company name

Иду в Cisco TAC. Получаю, что сначала должен залогиниться. Loop.

Я, конечно, могу и позвонить, но хотелось бы чего-то более адекватного.
